IndyCar Sonsio Grand Prix

Few steps to prepare for a great day at the track!

1) Collect your groups tickets from will call!

See the attached google map for directions to Will Call to pick up your tickets. Will Call is located in the IMS Administration Building. Enter inside the blue building on the corner, go to your right and ask for your name at the Will Call desk. Please plan accordingly so that you are able to meet at the meeting spot at the designated time.

2) Parking Information

Your group will be provided with three parking passes to park in N lot inside the speedway. In the event you have more than three cars coming, there is free parking in lot 7.

3) Once you've parked in one of the designated parking areas, make your way to the meeting spot at Honda hospitality where you will meet Kids on Track representative, Abby Jones!

If you have any issues finding the meeting location, please do not hesitate to text Abby at (260) 438-2365! We recommend texting, since race track are loud!

Honda Hospitality is located off of Fifth Street and a direct pin location is linked in the map below and pictured here.

 

4) Additional "Know Before You Go" Items:

1. Please check the weather on the date of your event to ensure proper attire is worn to the track. If it is expected to rain, plan accordingly with rain attire, hooded jackets, and umbrellas. If it is expected to be warm, plan on dressing for the warmth as this is an outside event, and if needed bring a light jacket if it gets cooler.

2. This is a walking event, so please wear shoes you feel comfortable walking and standing in for the duration of the event.

3. Lunch will be provided tomorrow through Honda hospitality. See the location via the circle on the map above. Water will be provided, but feel free to bring any personal food and drink, especially if have dietary restrictions.

  1. Parking Location: Park in N lot or free lot 7

  2. Meeting Point: After parking, proceed to meeting point at Honda Hospitality.
