We can't wait to have you join us at the track! In the meantime, take a look at our schedule for the day below. We'll kick things off with meet and greets featuring Andretti Indy NXT and Cusick Motorsports, giving students the opportunity to hear directly from team members and learn more about careers in racing. After a lunch break, we'll head over for a behind-the-scenes tour with Firestone to learn about the role tires play in motorsports. The afternoon continues with a garage tour and driver meet and greet with Juncos Hollinger Racing, followed by a visit with Chip Ganassi Racing. Once programming concludes, you're welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of your day at the track!
Robot Academy, welcome back to a KIDS ON TRACK experience!
INDYCAR MID-OHIO
Few steps to prepare for a great day at the track!
1) Entern through Gate 1 and park in the South Parking Lot.
To park for free in the South Parking grass lots, take I-71 to State Route 314, turn onto Steam Corners Road, and head directly toward Gate 1. Since you already have your tickets, simply proceed through the gate checkpoints to have your barcodes scanned. Once you clear the ticket check, track attendants will guide your vehicle straight into the open southeast grass fields, where you can park at no cost
The address to Gate 1 is below.
2) Once in the Parking Lot, head to Turn 1 pavilion.
To walk from the South Parking lot to the Turn 1 Pavilion, exit the lot and head straight north up The Boulevard, the track's main central roadway. You will walk past the main paddock and garages on your right, then pass the Mid-Ohio Tower and grandstands on your left as you track parallel to the front straightaway. Continue north until you reach the very end of the spectator area just before the track bends into Turn 1, where the Turn 1 Pavilion sits near the pedestrian walk-over bridge.
3) Once you've made your way to the Pavilion, you will meet your Kids on Track representative, Megan Pron!
If you have any issues finding the meeting location, please do not hesitate to text us!
We recommend texting, since race tracks are loud!
Your Kids on Track Representative’s Phone Number is:
(630) 923-2445
